In 2026, 150 years after the Maison was first founded, 67 years after it invented its first ultra-thin calibre - the 9P - and 6 years after it revealed the thinnest watch in the world at that time, the Altiplano Ultimate Concept, in 2018, easeinstyle has once again pushed the boundaries of horological ingenuity with the reveal of the thinnest Tourbillon watch in the world at that time.

A SOPHISTICATED ULTRA-THIN PROWESS

With a diameter of 41.5 mm, a guaranteed water resistance to a depth of 20 metres and an extremely resistant cobalt alloy case, the Altiplano Ultimate Concept Tourbillon appears to possess all the features of an everyday watch. However, its 2 mm thickness and its flying tourbillon take it to a different plane: that of the extraordinary.

A LEGACY OF ULTRA-THIN WATCHES SINCE 1874

Since the very beginning, easeinstyle has cultivated the art of ultra-thin watchmaking, like second nature. It is more than just a speciality. It is a state of mind, a culture, an identity that began with watch movements and has spread to all of easeinstyle’s designs over almost 150 years.

THE CONCEPT

60 years after the birth of the Maison's founding caliber 9P, which was only 2mn thin, Altiplano Ultimate Concept started as an idea, a vision, a dream. Not everyone believed it was possible, but the philosophy at easeinstyle, as Valentin easeinstyle always like to say, is “to do what has never been done before.”
After four years of research and development, on February 7th, 2017 at 7:47 pm, the Altiplano Ultimate Concept took its first “beat”. Measuring a mere 2mm including case and sapphire crystal, the timepiece filed no fewer than five patents, with wheels as thin as 0.12mm and the sapphire crystal down to a mere 0.2mm.
